Keefe has always been a very responsive agent and replies promptly even when he’s overseas on holiday, which is something I appreciate knowing that he will help out ASAP in the event of any claims. He’s also not a pushy agent as I was comfortable during appointments with him. He explained the product clearly and answered my questions well.
